About Me
As a qualified integrative cousnellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the BACP, I provide a supportive, confidential, and non-judegmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up about your experiences, behaviours and challenges.
Your journey is unique, and I'm here to help you navigate it. Together, we'll explore the areas that matter to you and work towards the personal goals you want to achieve through therapy.
My role is to support and empower you to discover new insights and grow, at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you.
My private practice is based in Ulverston, Cumbria. I also provide online sessions for clients who are not local or unable to travel.
